”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

Rooms and resort clean Awesome sunsets and whales were visible in the ocean! but the train was out of service one of the days and unavailable early morning Very long walk for those with ambulation issues Food was so expensive on the resort we were forced to eat elsewhere almost every day ”

”We only stayed 1 night, but appreciate that they gave us a room in a quiet location as requested. There is no included breakfast or restaurant on site, but there are plenty of options available w/in a few minutes walk and right on the shore! Good location, and comfortable room—thank you! ”Great location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is convenient although a bit boring (too sheltered, no waves) and colder than other beaches. Property in good condition and clean.”

”Great week in a spacious villa with nice views over the golf course to ocean. Having breakfast in the balcony was unforgettable. The bed was confortable and all utilities we needed were available. We would choose this place again.”

”We went to once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii and we chose this place. The views, pools and the wild life are amazing but; here is only one place to get breakfest (sandwich 20$!!), coffeeplaces closes at 11am (coffee 8$ and croissant 15$), places to eat are too expensive (pasta and meatballs 50$). Luckily there is marketplace near by (15min walk or shuttle bus 5$)and the rooms have small fridge. We didnt know the resortfee which was high! But I have to say that this Hilton area felt very safe and...
