”This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean and quite spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, right next to the King and Queen's shopping centers, so you could walk to the store or to grab quick bite. Also just 10 or so minutes from the best beaches on the island. The unit had almost all of the beach necessities you need, except for a beach umbrella, so plan accordingly. The beautiful community pool is a big plus if you are traveling with kids! ”

”Easily the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is super clean and well equipped; the rate is reasonable for Hawaii and less than 10 minutes from shopping in Kona. Steve, the host, could not have been more gracious and helpful.The grounds are like something out of a botanical garden, with a view of the ocean beyond Kona and spectacular sunsets. It is blissfully quiet except for the symphony of birds singing. Anyone interested in birding would love this place; we were entranced with...

Being my 60th birthday, my husband and I had the master bedroom. I thought it was fantastic, especially the lanai. Nancy was quick to respond with any questions. "This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night resort."

"Great week in a spacious villa with nice views over the golf course to ocean. Having breakfast in the balcony was unforgettable. The bed was confortable and all utilities we needed were available. We would choose this place again."
