”I stayed here due to the close location to Volcano national park. Lots of room and loved having the windows open at night. It felt so cool. Check in was easy and great communication.”

”This was a perfect place to stay for our two day trip to the Hilo side of the island and the Volcanoes NP. The property was very nice and everything seemed brand new. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very easy to find and a very convenient place to stay. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend staying there!”

”Excellent location. Room was different than expected with pictures shown. They are a mix of rooms. Once I figured out some things, all was amazing. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out. Its kind of like staying in a friend's guest room. Never really saw anyone.”

”The induction cooktop was great. Outside shower worked well. We had trouble with Internet, it was a poor signal. Would suggest Star Link. The bedsheets kept popping off the bed. Got a couple beautiful sunset pictures from the porch. ”

”We enjoyed our stay at this clean, thoughtfully decorated, and conveniently located residence. It was somewhat difficult to find the first time due to all the cars parked on the road, making the driveway hard to find. However, once we found it, we were easily able to find our parking spot and get into the home thanks to the directions sent from Simone. The home is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the earplugs as the frogs are quite loud at night.”

”Expedia was the problem for the check-in process. If your travels take you to Hilo, this is the place to stay. It’s on quite possibly the most beautiful neighborhood in Hilo. Beautiful setting and great hosts. There is quite a bit of coqui frogs and it sounds like a frogpocalyose. Lol but after the first night, we slept through it. Truly awesome lodging option! Brand new rooms. So nice. 10+ AAA+”
