”Elevators never work, over the past times I’ve visited the valet parking has gone up, ants in the bathroom, never cleaned rooms until requested even though they asked and confirmed wanted my room cleaned daily. Twice they threatened to leave when they arrived after our request saying they didn’t want to hit traffic. Twice they mixed up our keys at the valet and almost gave us the wrong car. Ice machine is never working.”

”Room was amazing with all the included home amenities. Wish there were tongs for the grill though. The front desk staff was not very nice. I requested months ago for our rooms to be near my friends’ rooms and we were not accommodated. We were four families with children and having rooms near other would’ve made things a lot easier. The building had some electrical issues. The elevators didn’t work and we were on the third floor. It got old real fast after taking the stairs in the heat while...

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”Breakfasts and dinners will cost couples over $150. Can't even get a burger for dinner. Lunch bars close at 4pm. They should remain open until 7pm. So we ended up eating just lunch each day, and buying snacks for breakfast and dinner. At least we didn't gain any weight.”

”This property is certainly has comfortible rooms and excellent soaps and lotions in the rooms. Maid service 2x's per day is excellent! Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. Access to the Ocean bay is far too hot late in the afternoon and again the water is not clear. Maybe access in the morning?? Food is average and this would include Brown's their 5 Star restaurant. The view is beautiful,...

”The unit looks brand new. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed on the Big Island. The location is great since it is in the middle of downtown Kona. We were able enjoy the downtown without the usual hassle of finding a place to park the car.”

”The rooms were clean with great views. No amenities past 9pm. Everything shuts down. Cannot even buy a water.”
