”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier.”
