”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in.
We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”Wow we really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. Housekeeping came every day and when we needed supplies were right there with them. We loved the area and the fact we could use any pool/amenity we wished including the large Hilton Waikoloa property. Imagine our surprise as well when we found out we would have a discount golf rate of at least 50%. We played every other day at the course 2 minutes from our building. We will be back. ”

”Beautiful resort in a stunning, peaceful location. Spacious grounds, excellent service, and a calm luxury vibe without feeling stuffy. The beach and lagoon are perfect for relaxing, and the sunsets are incredible. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. A great balance of resort amenities and laid-back island feel would happily return”

”Amazing facilities, shops, beach access, bike route around Waikoloa. The whole area is serene, quiet, beautiful - not crowded with touting stores like nearby Kona. And overall resort design is beautiful and functional - is full of open areas to hang and still have tranquility. Full of marine life at the lagoon. ”
