”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”The hotel is clean, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. In the morning, the ocean is usually calm with small waves, making it a great time for snorkeling. We were also able to see sea turtles quite easily. However, there are several things that could be improved. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and getting from the second floor to the lobby is not very convenient. The hotel does not offer many entertainment or recreational facilities other than the swimming pool. The beach...

”Ambiance was very romantic with live local music playing during the day and at night. Lots of beaches and areas to explore and enjoy the beauty of the landscaping. Plenty of activities and different places to eat. But hands down, the employees are what put this place over the top. Very genuine! And they took excellent care of us which made it a very special experience. Love this place.”
