”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in.
We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”Super slow trams. Empty towel bins all over the property. Towers are extremely far from front desk and tram wait can be very long! Not ADA friendly as bridges all had stairs and going around them would take very long due to how massive the property is.”

”I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this.”
