”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”Just simply beautiful. Loved our time in the overwater bungalow. Staff and service were great, just moved in island time speed. Pick ups easy to/from airport and tour companies had no issues with pickups from here. Restaurants were hard to get into on some nights, even as a guest. ”

”The location is in the center of Papette which is very convenient. The hotel suit is spacious and quiet. But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. The kitchen needs a microwave instead of a big oven. The swimming pool is good size, clean ...very cool. Staffs are caring always with a smile, quickly response to our needs. ”We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund.”

”Our stay at the hotel was really good! The standard room was not really spacious but it was clean and nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was good but a little more pricey than in other hotels near by. The breakfast was really good! We especially enjoyed a kayak ride to see the sharks and rays few hundred meters from the hotel. Otherwise snorkeling next to the beach does not offer much compared to Hilton or especially Sofitel. ”

”Beautifully remodeled room, with a jacuzzi bath! Ocean views with a Sandy Beach, infinity pool and swim up bar! Restaurant, Le Lotus, French cuisine was Superb and a culinary experience that we will never forget! The sounds in the distant from the polynesian dancers at the main restaurant added to the ambiance making our last night something to remember. ”
