”Great staff, great proximity, clean room, good towels but they need an ice machine”

”We likes this hotel very much. If you like to see something else than the chain hotels,which look exactly the same wherever in the world you are then choose this one. We had a king room with harbour view. It was marvellous. Good reef-top bar, dinner at the surf house was superb. Service was great. What we did not like was the breakfast. ”Clean and very spacious hotel. Staff are mostly friendly and quite lovely except for the receptionist at one point. Very rude. I had stored my bags with the front desk while waiting for my transport and when I went to pick this up she handled the situation very rudely and unprofessionally in the way she spoke to me. Not only did she leave it to the last minute until the transport arrived but she couldn’t find the keys to open the store room and was attending to others while I was waiting. Apart...
