”Check in was 1 hour 15 late. They keep telling us 15 mins but the room hadn’t started being cleaned at check in. Wasn’t told we needed dinner reservations so we didn’t have dinner there the first night. Many guests had that complaint. The property is beautiful but the staff lied to us and many guests about check in. It would have been better to just tell us the truth. We could have made better use of the time.”

”I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it. The host was wonderful — very communicative and accommodating. He met me on arrival and walked me through everything. The unit is a self-contained, ADU-style space with everything you need: a nice kitchen with a refrigerator for cooking and keeping things cold, an incredibly comfortable king-size bed, AC, and a lovely shower. ”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”
