”I stayed here because it's close to the airport, and I thought I could walk, but it's too dangerous to walk - you pretty much have to take a taxi, which is $20 each way from the airport. Also, I thought they had a cafe or something there, but there is no food (just a vending cooler), so if I'm paying $20 each way to get here, I'd probably stay somewhere else for the price. ”

”Great place to stay in town. Center of everything and I’m front of the ferries. Stayed there twice during my time in Papeete. Got the cabin bunk for a solo traveler no complaints communal showers outside that separates men and woman. Easy place for easy travelers. ”

”This accommodation is a private room adjacent to the owner’s home. The location is excellent for exploring Raiatea and joining local tours. A good small grocery store is just steps away, and a large Carrefour in town is within biking distance. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom feels new, clean, and fresh. ”We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. ”
