”Zimmer sind alt, teilweise abgewohnt und nicht qualitativ gebaut. Personal ist liebevoll und unglaublich freundlich, aber leider überfordert. Das Grundstück ist das Highlight, das Hotel (Zimmer, Service, Essen) an sich jedoch nicht. Das Essen ist eher "okay" gemessen am Standard den man bei dem Zimmerpreis erwartet. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen, aber gerne zurück an diese wunderschöne Location”

”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”There was lots to do on and off the resort. The water was prestine. Lots of families with children were there. Riding there bikes and swimming. The view was amazing and the sea life i.e.turtles and fish right outside the overwater bunglows was so nice to see. I have waited many years to come to Bora Bora and the St. REGIS knocked out of the park. The mountain view was very beautiful but so were all the other views. We will be back for sure. ”Nicest OWB we have stayed in the French Polynesia! Staff was excellent and quite beautiful location. Only thing we would have changed a little was some additional lunch and dinner options at the restaurant. Food was excellent, breakfast included, just was looking for salads and more simple things. Overall we would highly recommend Le Tikehau! ”

”I had to wait 5 hours to get my room. The old reason was that I should spend another $600 for the night before. When my room was ready, nobody came up to me to let me know so I probably waited a few hours too much. Terrible experience. The staff told me a way to go to my room, through 2 long halls and 2 elevators. I am 82 years old and needed a wheelchair for that, but they did not make me aware that it was a very long walk. There was a much shorter way that I later found out by myself!”

”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”
