”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”This place is amazing. They welcomed us and checked us in quickly. We had a garden view room across the street of their main property. We had the best of both worlds with a more foilage view from our back patio and a quick few steps across the street to the pool, beach among other amenities. Great servuce. Large room. Large bathroom. Dock right at the beach for water excursion pickup and drop off. Right near Matira beach (about 10 minute walk) and close to a few great restaurants and the Tiare...

”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”

”Cook’s Bay is one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve stayed at many fantastic places around the world. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. We saw sharks, turtles and rays along the beautiful coral reef...
