They were all very patient with teaching us Tamazight words and we rewarded them with our poor attempts and speaking them. ”This Riad is in the middle of the medina. It's a walk of 7-10 minutes from the taxi stand to the Riad. The personal is excellent, real customer driven. They are delighted to help you with everything. There are 14 rooms. Our room had only windows overlooking the covered courtyard. It took some time getting used to it. Within 100 metres there are some wonderful restaurants. The medina is very busy, clean and well lit. The Riad organizes cooking workshops. Perfect. ”

”Very nice family-owned little riad with only few rooms. The riad is little bit difficult to find at first but be scared to go down the alleyway. We were only ones there for the first night and it felt really private. Staff were really friendly and the host gave helpful tips for exploring Marrakesh. ”It is the best property we ever stayed at in terms of hospitality. Ilyas proposed to walk with us to the places we wanted to go dine, especially at night and us being 2 girls. Ilyas and Ahmed and the house lady made sure that everything was perfect and they went above and beyond every single day. Highly highly recommend. We cannot thank them enough for caring so much and being so attentive. Breakfast was also amazing.”

”Palais Mehdi exceeded all expectations! Hotel is beautiful and staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had a spacious room which was cleaned at least daily. Pool and garden is beautiful. Palais Mehdi is not a traditional hotel, is it is more like family run guesthouse. Everyone made us feel very welcome and our stay was excellent. I would highly recomommend Palais Mehdi to everyone!”

Ihan hyvä iso hotelli

"Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan. "

Awesome Riad Marraplace

"Awesome location (and riad)! About 25 meters to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, around which you will find all the necessary places to eat and shop (souks). Beautifully restored riad and excellent customer service. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and it varied every morning. Highly recommeded their transfer service from airport."

Great staff in this hotel

"Hotel was excellent and especially the service provided by the staff was top tier. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Food and drinks were okay, just A small improvement as we were all inclusive that breakfast starting at 7:30 AM is A bit late as we were travelling with a baby that wakes up early. Room should have A kettle for coffee and to help make baby food."

"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."

"Traveling alone, my stay at Hotel Safia (15.9.-22.9.24)was more than perfect. The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday and the staff at the reception was very helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast was simple continental, but enough to start the day. Also breakfast was served with a smile. The location was good for me because I could choose myself when to be in the middle of more happening, you could for ex take a local bus direct to Jemaa el Fnaa (15min) or safely walk 2,5km to Jardin Majorelle. "
