”Great location for a first time visit to Marrakech. Everything is within walking distance and is easy to get to. The staff were welcoming and always at hand to help. The riad is clean and beautiful. The terrace is nice and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I will definitely stay here again!”

”Awesome location (and riad)! About 25 meters to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, around which you will find all the necessary places to eat and shop (souks). Beautifully restored riad and excellent customer service. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and it varied every morning. Highly recommeded their transfer service from airport.”

”Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down.”

”Kiva hotelli kävelymatkan päässä Medinasta. Kattouima-allas oli mukava paikka vähän levähtää Medinan hulinan jälkeen. Palvelu oli aivan erinomaista ja erityisesti aamiaisella sai tuntea ”erityisyyttä”, kun tarjoilija oppi parin päivän jälkeen tavanomaisen tilauksen. Huoneeseen tuotiin maksuton pullovesi päivittäin. Rahanvaihto onnistuu hotellilla ihan kohtuullisen hyvällä kurssilla. Käytimme hotellin tarjoamaan kuljetuspalvelua kentältä/kentälle ja kaikki sujui hienosti.”

The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday and the staff at the reception was very helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast was simple continental, but enough to start the day. The location was good for me because I could choose myself when to be in the middle of more happening, you could for ex take a local bus direct to Jemaa el Fnaa (15min) or safely walk 2,5km...

”Had few issues during the stay. AC wasn’t working properly. The machine seemed to be old and the room didn’t cool down which was unfortunate cause the temperature outside was 40 degrees. Service was overall friendly but it took really long for the staff to provide us towels at the pool. We had to wait two hours and asked to bring them three times. Room wasn’t very clean but I think it was just because the hotel was old and impossible to clean properly. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riad Adore. A friendly and reliable driver picked us up at 23:00, and drove us to the closest entrance to the Medina. We were met by friendly staff who escorted us to the Riad. Our room was so lovely and comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful. Staff provided us with a map to navigate the narrow streets and shops. We had a very safe shopping experience and found our way back easily. Thank you all so much for a very happy holiday!!”
