”Ideal location, excellent staff and customer service, however the breakfast was a bit disappointing (no eggs or merguez sausages) and the lighting in the shower could be better together with more powerful AC in the room. If you are a frequent traveler, you probably have have experienced the catfish aspect of a property posting it's unrealistically beautiful pictures on these platforms. Riad Mazar Fes is the exception. Pictures don't do justice to how beautiful this exceptionally build and meticulously maintained riad. And that is not the best thing about it. ”A not so clean apartment with a kitchen that was not usable. Infesting smell coming from under the sink, when asking about it, nothing but some covering spray was done. The smell was there for the whole 10 days of our stay. The staff was friendly, but this is not enough: not having even dish washing liquid, a kitchen cloth and almost no tools, this kitchen was not usable. And there were cockroaches in the apartment, very unpleasant... I usually don't write anything negative in reviews, but...
