”The apartment was nice, but definitely not without its problems. The seating in the living room was most uncomfortable and the rooms were always cold. Asked once for heating, but never received an answer so we used the heater in the kitchen. The host was at times unbearable as she kept telling us what to do or not to do repeatedly as if we were children. Through our multiple exchanges, she also mentioned that she was a lawyer. We were charged an excessive amount for a simple fix to her heated...

”Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. Hotel itself not disabled friendly, lots of stairs but no lifts. Room a bit tired, tiny telly and overly soft bed, WiFi all but non existent. However, shower hot and powerful, lovely bar so overall will return in the future. ”

”It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings.
