”We booked this hotel as we were looking for somewhere quiet but also close to London and near by attractions. We found our experience here delightful the hotel room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were very friendly, even going out there way to move our room to a ground floor one due to my daughter being disabled. We ate hear for tea and breakfast both days and found the menu plentiful and food of high standard yet reasonably priced. Highly recommend and we will definitely book...

”This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging”
