”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

”This hotel was a bit misleading in the photos online. We chose it more for location which was perfect. The area is safe and walkable with many dining options nearby. My only complaint about this hotel is that we had an early flight and got no sleep because the smoke detector flashes a bright light in your face all night and then every time the AC turned on and off there was a large grinding in the pipes. The sleep was so bad it was disappointing for the cost of this hotel. Some great things is...
