”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

”Excellent stay! Only minus that made us feel less appreciated was that we were suddenly during our stay not able to put things to the room bill anymore even though it worked at the beginning. It seemed that the hotel had some doubts on our ability to pay the bill (which felt insulting!) even though they never approached us about any issue, and we paid the full bill as normal. ”

”Good location very near Nile and premises are ok, although somewhat worn out here and there.”

”As with most areas in the region we stayed at, there is heavy congestion and noise. Of note, the street the hotel is located on had multiple embassies and the security made us feel very safe.”
