”Liked the good food, good pools, grounds were great, and people working there were great. The building is grand and built with great beauty but the place has seen a lot of use - the fixtures in the bathroom sinks are warn and tarnished, the door to the room was in need of being stripped and re-varnished. Still the place looks beautiful - but it does not look new. The place was clean and welcoming. ”

”Azura was a beautiful and peaceful resort with a great beach and wonderfully friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there and would recommend it to others. That said, the resort as a whole was short-staffed, which resulted in some longer wait times for food and drinks - not a deal breaker, just room for improvement. Also, given Costa Rica is known for its coffee, the coffee at the resort was subpar. Again, just room for improvement, but still a wonderful experience. ”

”To big area, moving difficult despite the shuttle. Entering to Hotel difficult. Although we had reservation number in mobile phone the guards hesitated to let us enter the Hotel area. In the reseptiin they asked us a printed copy of out reservation, nyt how could we have it because i had booked Hotel with mobile phone. They claimed that now they have more paper work. Toi bad, it's their job. Any way it would not have helped them, it was in Finnish. Food was good. The wibration of neighbour rooms...

”This was a wonderful property, very clean and modern. The best part was the staff: Javier is the most helpful and beautiful soul I have ever met (reception), Jesus and Camila at the reception are very kind and helpful. Rodrigo at the aquatic is awesome and took great care of us. He arranged a boat for us to go island hoping which was the most incredible experience (Daniel and Pablo were the guides on the boat and were incredible). The whole experience at this hotel is a paradise dream. ”
