”Great location, 5 min walk to the beach or downtown. Great dining choices with many bars and resturants. Condo was as advertised and nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. ”

”The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

”This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! ”

”We were two couples (60 year olds) and happy with our stay. Great location in Playa Langosta where a bit quieter than Tamarindo but still many restaurants in walking distance and a mini mart a block away. Quick trip to get into Tamarindo which is quite vibrant and fun. Condo clean and spacious and enjoyed the large patio. A bit sparse, nothing a few area rugs or pictures wouldn't satisfy. The owner and management co/ concierge were all very responsive and a real asset for advice as this was...

The condo is fantastic, equipped with everything you could need, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Just a heads-up: the condo is located on top of a hill, so if you don’t have a car, walking to and from the beach or town can be a bit of a workout. Overall, highly recommended!”

”The Coco Bay resort has everything you need to make a great vacation. Numerous beaches are 10 minutes away, grocery stores are just outside the complex.If I had any complaint, it’s just windy up on the hill. But I heard from the locals it was unusually windy at the time. ”

We loved the location of this condo with its patio access to the pool, great garden surrounding and quick and easy access to the property pedestrian gates to allow for all the fun of Coco. Bed was comfortable as were the rest of the furniture with plenty of towels and amenities. Highly recommend ”
