”Beautiful views… The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host Janet was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and completely respected our privacy. Awesome place to stay, with amazing walks just outside the door. We loved the waterfall which was a very short walk away… The track leading to the accommodation is covered in potholes which is the only downside. The views and the walks outweigh this minor inconvenience. We highly recommend…”

”Larger rooms and property than expected with a huge kitchen , central heating and every thing you would need to self cater. Quiet location with gated parking. Greatest views of Ireby and Uldale fells, and 100mtrs walk to the breattaking views of the Solway. Do not have any hesitation of this great propery but be aware you are close to all tourist locations but is a great getaway for walks, etc. One slifht issue, not reLly worth mentioning is that the grass needed cutting and the cumbrian...

”The house was nice. It suffered from overheating due to VERY hot summer days and inadequate insulation (may be a problem in winter) and was difficult to ventilate (needs opening windows to rear and some fans). Location is good for getting to shops etc but being in the back yard of a pub is a bit noisy (brewery vans at 8am, drunks at 1130pm). The garage MUST be used to avoid blocking the yard but its door is rather a squeeze for a large-ish family car (Mazda CX5). Leather sofas not ideal, and...
