”The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. ”

”We only stayed for 2 nights but could not of picked a better location to stay. Apartment was clean and very well equipped and the hosts left some milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival. The cliff top is literally 20metres away with plenty of walks available overlooking the Isle of Wight . We would happily return and stay again.”

”Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door.”

”Owner was there to greet us, was very friendly & able to answer any queries we had about our stay. The apartment was very clean & tidy, it was a cosy apartment almost like a home from home. All in all a very pleasant stay.”

”This very pleasant and well-equipped apartment is located in a quiet area and shops, restaurants and the beach are within a short walk's reach. And we can but join in the praise of the incredible view it offers, which allowed us to enjoy the sea also on the one or two rainy days of our stay. Certainly hope to return!”

”ooked a very last minute 5 night November stay at this apartment in Boscombe. Teresa the owner was really helpful considering she only had 1 day to sort everything and the apartment on arrival was absolutely perfect. The apartment in a converted former victorian grand hotel is furnished and presented to a high standard and has everything you could need. Location is ideal for the wonderful beaches, bars and restaurants the area has. Even in November we were able to get out walking every day....

”Excellent stay in a very comfortable roomy house. Cooking options might be a problem for those not familiar with AGAs, but suited us. Good location on the island. ”

”Bungalow is in a great area for walking, with views of the Needles and sunsets from the back. Well equipped - even has an air fryer. We found it a comfortable place to relax after a day out and about. ”

”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”

"Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not exceptionel."
