”I was worried about bringing two toddlers and a golden retriever to a rental, but this house was just the best as it had everything we could think of and loved being literal steps from the beach! I really appreciated the little things that were provided in the home (baby gates, plastic cups/plates etc.) that made it feel like my babies were truly welcomed! ”The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon.”

”We stay at this property the week after Xmas to catch up with teens/adult kids. The 4 bedrooms are perfect and the area is very close to beach access. There is a great area for family games. The TV is big enough for football fans to be happy :) Linens are provided. Beds are very comfortable. Pets are welcome and taking the dogs on the beach is one of my very favorite aspectsThanks to Tom for SAVING us when we locked ourselves out!!!”

”WOW! We were very happy with our stay! Beth was an outstanding communicator! The place was exactly as seen in the pictures! Very close to beach and private. Top Sail Island is the perfect spot, NO commercialization and very comfortable! Fishing was great and we slayed the shark tooth hunt. Yes we would definitely go back!”
