”This place was awesome!!! The desk cheek was so kind, compassionate, and made sure our stay was stupendous!!! Our flight was very late and we didn't get to the hotel until 4 a.m. he cancelled one reservation but rescheduled so we didn't need to check out until the next morning. This have us plenty of time to sleep. He brought out breakfast early so we could fuel before retiring!! The best customer service I've received!!!! The rooms were very comfortable, nice decor, loved the amenities. ...

”Had a bit of trouble with retrieving key on check in which had me late for dinner and scrambling to get ready. But they were great about communicating I just was cutting it too close. They could use more design touches like some soft pillows on couch or throw blankets. There was no vase for my flowers my date brought me. I forgot to put key in Dropbox on departure and they were understanding and didn’t charge me for returning keys late.”
