”What a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery, amenities. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area.The only negative for us was the cleanliness of the unit.Floors were dirty and it appeared not much had been dusted. With a little TLC and maybe a few updates on decor this place would be a gem!”

”This place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is very private. The 'backyard' space that the patio faces is alive with rabbits, quail, and various other birds. Its very quiet and the bed is above average comfortable! ”

”Nice location in Scottsdale! Condo was very well equipped and furnished. The owner did a good job of having household kitchen and cleaning supplies for use. Good amenities like biking, gym and lovely pool at hotel. Ample seating for our group of six for gathering and eating. However, loud music from the Tennis Club next door was a nuisance both at night and during the day. Also, loud music from a party at the hotel on Saturday night until midnight was a hardship as we had a 6am flight the...

”Overall a great place to stay. Great location near Oldtown and hiking areas. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the stay. The only complaint is that the washing machine was full of mold and I believe led to the funny smell in the condo. Other than that, a very clean and well maintained property.”

”The condo was better than even the listing looked like. It was extremely clean and had well stocked kitchen. Even had beach towels and tennis and pickleball rackets. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Definitely would recommend this condo.”

Perfect location with Sprouts, two Sports Bars, TJMAXX and a really good Italian restaurant just across the street. Nice neighborhood to take long walks and very comfortable inside.
