”We went to Phoenix from Tucson on the same day of check-in to attend a nearby con. Since the con opened earlier than check-in, we spent the entire time there until it closed. The building is directly in front of The Great Wolf Lodge making it extremely easy to find. The entrance was also easy to spot even at night, and as a plus, all the codes worked without any problems. ”The location was great, as was communication with owner and property manager. East to get in and out with keyless entry. We loved having the two bedrooms and bathrooms. ”We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. ”

”Overall we had an amazing time at the place! It was pretty clean and check in/out process was super easy!! It is located right across from a shopping centre and within scooter or walking distant to other places! We unfortunately didn’t have access to the pool which was the only downside! There is a blowdryer, ironing board but be mindful that the living room blinds need a little repairing :)”

”This place was awesome!!! The desk cheek was so kind, compassionate, and made sure our stay was stupendous!!! Our flight was very late and we didn't get to the hotel until 4 a.m. he cancelled one reservation but rescheduled so we didn't need to check out until the next morning. This have us plenty of time to sleep. He brought out breakfast early so we could fuel before retiring!! The best customer service I've received!!!! ”Had a bit of trouble with retrieving key on check in which had me late for dinner and scrambling to get ready. But they were great about communicating I just was cutting it too close. They could use more design touches like some soft pillows on couch or throw blankets. There was no vase for my flowers my date brought me. I forgot to put key in Dropbox on departure and they were understanding and didn’t charge me for returning keys late.”
