”My husband and I flew from California to join our daughter, son in law and granddaughter for Christmas. This property is an old New England house updated for modern use. It’s located on a lake (pond?) which is more likely useful during summer months. It was very cold for us so we didn’t walk in to downtime Portsmouth but that was not a fault of the property. We had a wonderful stay and the owners were terrific.”

”Great little place as described. Would be ideal in the summer months when the boardwalk is open. Not much to do there without. Still enjoyed our one night stay and would return in the summer.”

”The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...
