”The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...

The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property. The views from the condo are beautiful. We have now stayed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom. If you have mobility issues choose the two bedroom and ask for a first floor.
