”Great location near shopping in North Conway. This was a quick escape from the grind of work, and the location near shopping and dining was excellent. Front desk and staff are very friendly, including toward "third party" booking guests. While we did not spend enough time to take advantage of spa resources, they are available onsite. The place is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but is actually in pretty good shape for the the property age. HVAC was a bit difficult to make...

”Gerry, the front desk agent during the day and Rick (Im pretty sure that’s his name, front desk/night shift) were exceptional, the staff definitely went and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. I can’t say enough about how friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous Gerry was when I checked out and the same for the night audit/front desk staff when I checked in the first night. ”This was our first visit since the renovations, and we were pleased with them outside of 2 things. First is the rooms are too “chic” and the sofa chairs in the rooms are not very comfortable, however, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! The bathroom and shower were excellent. The 2nd thing was the outdoor hot tub “shrunk”. The original could easily hold 10-12 people no problem. The “new” one holds maybe 4 comfortably, not sure why they would make it smaller.
