”Serena at the lobby desk has outstanding customer care and courtesy whether it be in showing the gym, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. One disappointment is the pool. Beautiful modern design but pool water maintenance is sub par. 2 one inch long dead cockroaches were at the pool bottling. Algae coats much of the pools walls and bottom. I went for a full swim workout but only did a few laps because of the below the water surface appearance.”

”Saavuimme hotelliin myöhään illalla, hiukan säikähdimme juhlivaa nuorisojengiä hotellissa, onneksi eivät kuitenkaan asuneet meidän naapurissa. Aamiaisella kuitenkin joku muu oli saanut kärsiä, eikä ollut nukkunut koko yönä... Aamiaisen sisältö ylitti odotukset, vaikka olikin kovin rajallinen. Todella häiritsevää oli kuitenkin että aamiaisella oli vain kertakäyttöastioita.... kamala määrä muoviroskaa.... ”

”Ik the place is dated butit was pretty clean and i asked about morning coffee. They called me when it was ready. The bed qas comfortable the sheets were old but clean. The shower was okay plenty of pressure and plenty of hot water. Not a bad stay for the price. I will stay again if i have to be in the area . ”

”had to change rooms no heat we had small children there was not even enough towels for us all bathroom was so small your body touch wall and sink try to get in beds old and hard squeaky bedding did not match from pillowcases to bed comforters some pillows had pillowcases on them. Others didn’t walls were scuffed up with dirt floor boards were nasty. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned with the magic eraser ever in life in the toilet was nasty. Layers of dust and grime ”
