”Good experience. I booked a room with a King bed, but the one I was given had a Double bed; no one ever explained the change. The pools were very good, and the staff was generally good, although there were some cases where they were rude. The evening show was excellent, and there were good activities during the day. As for the food, the quality has dropped significantly. It still offers good variety, but the quality is definitely not at hotel level.”

”We were surprised at our room - this is a place we could live in. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the tidal slough, it's quiet, it has a nice kitchen, and is laid out well. The restaurant was nice and the staff friendly. We had 2 pools to choose from, and took advantage of them every day. The grounds were very pretty and well-maintained. It was easy to get in and out and conventient to stores and sights in Puntarenas.”

”I stayed 2 nights in one of the "cabins" (my unit was not actually detached so a little odd to call it a cabin but whatever), not one of the domes. It was spacious (travelled solo and was in a room with apace for 5) and the views were amazing from the room and the property. I saw a Toucan fly by my first evening and the night sounds of the surrounding jungle were fabulous.
