”VERY clean unit with lots of windows and light. Loved that about the house. Super comfy bed and cute bath. Heater in the living area really does heat the entire unit quite well. Kitchen was quite adequate for our needs and it was nice to have most of the space of the unit devoted to comfy sitting areas, a nice dining area, and a generous bed and closet area. We walked to the downtown quite easily from the home location and we are in our 70s. Really a perfect location for those who like to...

”This was the best VRBO experience we’ve had, place was exactly as described, very clean, quiet, and had every little thing you could possibly need. If there was one downside the mattresses were quite soft and we prefer firmer, but we had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep. ”

”weather did not look good for trip to Jerome. we had other plans for the day so we left a day earlier, next day was the train thought the verdi river canyon. did it a day earlier. Keep an eye on the weather especially in the spring. We woke up to snow twice with new snow .If you a vet be sure to look up the American Legion. Wonderful place and members.”

”This place was amazing and probably the best VRBO property we have used. The owners have anticipated anything a traveler might need. There is even an air fryer in the pantry and lots of snacks and treats provided if you are planning a day of hiking and exploring everything Prescott has to offer. There are numerous grocery stores within a short drive and many excellent restaurants within a short drive or average (not short, not long) walk time. I cannot say enough positive things about this...

”This was a perfect space for us. It is an older home but well maintained. It is cozy but had penty of space for us. It is in a residential neighnorhood just a few blocks from the heart oif downtown Prescott. The host Suzanna was great to work with. Very happy.”

”Great property and location! Neighborhood was quiet. Close to town but never walked because it was cold and rainy during our stay. Our dogs really enjoyed getting to come and be with us. Loved that I didn’t need to bring my own dog food and water bowls. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot and foosball was fun. Thanks for sharing your home with our family!”

”Enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown yet out of the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything needed. We even made a homemade banana cream pie using the Kitchenaid mixer. And talk about coffee making options-wow! And an awesome Bluetooth speaker. ”

”This home is now at the top of my rental stays! Came to town for son’s college visit and location was excellent, not only for walkable entertainment, shopping and restaurants, but also for day trip hikes at nearby lakes and Sedona area. Host not only make you feel at home, but are very responsive and welcoming. We are already planning our next trip to stay here!”

”I stayed here with a co-worker because we had business for a week in Prescott. The house is in an excellent location, the parking is easy, and the house was clean and comfortable for us to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again when I need to be in Prescott.”
