”VERY clean unit with lots of windows and light. Loved that about the house. Super comfy bed and cute bath. Heater in the living area really does heat the entire unit quite well. Kitchen was quite adequate for our needs and it was nice to have most of the space of the unit devoted to comfy sitting areas, a nice dining area, and a generous bed and closet area. ”Home was functional and clean. The home itself is an older home; has the quirks of that. It’s in the perfect location and has everything you would need. Loved the makeup towels that are placed in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a women’s retreat and the home worked perfectly for us. ”

”Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. ”We really wanted to stay somewhere that felt like a cabin in the woods, no frills or noisy neighbors, and this place didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed and the hosts were great! It's a studio above a garage (no access), close to the owners main house, but we spent time every day relaxing on the porch and listening to the nearby creek without distractions. Highly recommend. ”

”This place was amazing and probably the best VRBO property we have used. The owners have anticipated anything a traveler might need. There is even an air fryer in the pantry and lots of snacks and treats provided if you are planning a day of hiking and exploring everything Prescott has to offer. There are numerous grocery stores within a short drive and many excellent restaurants within a short drive or average (not short, not long) walk time. I cannot say enough positive things about this...
