”The staff was friendly during our stay. But there was some check-in fee despite an online check-in and using a self-service machine? (3 pounds; so even if we didn't go to a desk, we were still charged on top of the actual booking cost that we paid to stay at the hotel) There were stains on walls, curtains and the table, but the carpet/floor and sheets/beds were clean. Bathroom was also clean. However, there were no toiletries (this was a surprise for a hotel) ”

”A beautiful hotel, it was so stylish and attention to detail with the decor was so impressive. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from. I would definitely stay again. ”

”I spend half my life in hotels, and almost times there is something that’s let’s a place down. Not here. Absolutely amazing. Room, bed, bath, shower with actual fast water. Friendly staff good breakfast and very good price. Fresh decor warm and cosy. 10/10 all round. ”

”Room was quite cold but old windows can be draughty. Food was ok in restaurant but nothing special. Bath taps had lots of black stuff in one and the wall was peeking in the bathroom. There was also a long black hair in my bed. I didn’t complain as all minor things, could be a better stay with more attention to detail. ”

Receptionist accused me of not paying for dinner the night before where I had to provide a credit card statement as proof of payment as apparently the till receipt wasn’t suffice & the Waiter didn’t provide a pdq receipt. Fantastic facilities & grounds & felt very festive!”

”We stayed as we booked the late swim and spa. Are room for three had two double beds and bathroom. Although dated and in need of a little attention it didn’t detract from our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel. The outside swim area was cold and we couldn’t stay in it for long. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was full. Food was good and warm. Overall a great stay and would return.”

Huone kokolattiamattoineen oli nuhjaantuneen tuntuinen. Vuode ei mukava. Kylpyhuonetilat olivat OK. Neljän tähden hotellissa olisi odottanut olevan safty boxin; ei ollut, eikä myöskään minibaaria. Kettle oli kuitenkin. Hotellista lentoasemalle kesti n. 15 min.”

”I booked this hotel for an early flight the next morning. It's so convenient being 19 mins from the Airport. We are a family with 12 year old twins. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed which was way to small for my children. We loved that the hotel has a swimming pool and it was lovely and quiet. It isn't part of the hotel so it does carry an extra charge. £19 per family. We ate in the bar for convenience and found the food okay and reasonably priced. It was very busy and we had to wait...

Hyvä sijainti, neljälle hengelle pieni huone

"Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä. Negatiivisia asioita oli joitain, kuten aamupalatarpeiden loppuminen jo ennen kuin aamupala loppui ajallisesti. Hyvä sijainti

"Loistava sijainti oli parasta. Päästiin kävellen joka paikkaan. Hotellin portaikko upea, mutta muuten hotellihuoneet kaipaisivat uusimista. Kylpyhuonevarustelu suppea, oli ainoastaan saippuaa. Vaikka huone oli nähnyt parhaat päivänsä, se oli kuitenkin siisti ja tilava. Palvelu oli erinomaista. Aamiaistarjonta oli mielestämme liian raskas. Kaipasimme vihanneksia ja vaikka banaaneja kovien omenien sijasta. Huonehinta oli kohtuullinen. Olimme loppujen lopuksi tyytyväisiä valintaamme. "
