”Firstly, we absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I came for an extended weekend to celebrate my birthday and loved the quiet, relaxing, tranquil setting. We spent several hours on the back porch reading and watching the waves crash against the rocks. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded and the host was friendly and communicative and responded quickly. That being said, there were several items we noticed throughout our stay that needed a little TLC and ultimately it’s why I dropped one...

”Wonderful site overlooking the Pacific dunes and ocean. Many places to sit and absorb the view including a fire pit that we used every night. The internet wifi connection was out the entire time but the owner tried hard to rectify. Because of spotty cell service it was hard to get on the net. Despite this, it was a great site to relax and enjoy the isolation. Although we did not use the kayaks, they were convenient to the waters of the estuary and would be a great way to explore.”

”There is no question that we will make a reservation again to return to this studio this Summer at least once. Private, quiet and walking distance to everything you need made it a car free experience that was perfect for our weekend getaway. Mendocino is a favorite destination and this stay allowed us to get the most out of each day. Reserve a couple of days and enjoy this studio! ”

”We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. The views were spectacular and it was about a 15 minute drive to town. The thermostat to the fireplace was not functioning and the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, and likely just need to be replaced.”

”The place is super clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and very private. The location and the view are both spectacular! Overlooking the cliff is a great place to be when you want some peace.”

”Our 2nd stay @ Sandy Clove Cottage. We had a wonderful time, despite a cold start. We had no heat when we arrived. With that, we had the privilege of meeting our host Bob. He came to our rescue & got the heat going for us. Such a very nice man. Thank you Bob. Even with all that, we very much enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return. Beautiful cottage. Walk to the beach everyday. Listen to the ocean. Sit on the porch & watch people & wildlife pass by. So very enjoyable.Tim & Leilani”
