On entering the 3-storey villa, a spacious open plan ground floor greets you. Styled in restful neutral tones with polished tiled floors, the uplifting air-conditioned rooms offer carefree garden access, for an effortless summertime flow. A chic sitting area with ample seating for 10 is accompanied by free WiFi access, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and terrace access. The inviting open space leads through to an elegant dining room for 8, with direct access leading out onto a private alfresco dining terrace.
A separate fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops, a small breakfast table for 4 and outdoor access is on hand to complement the outdoor garden kitchen with BBQ, enabling guests to host fabulous get-togethers and dinner parties, whatever the weather.

The accessible ground floor also hosts a guest suite with king-size double bed and luxury en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, a chill out zone leads onto a sunny private terrace, which overlooks the private garden and pool. A pair of sun loungers and stylish sitting area are also provided, tempting guests to unwind in style. Accompanying the upper floor terrace are 3 stylish bedrooms, comprising of 2 spacious double bedrooms (1 en-suite) both with terrace access, alongside a flexible twin bedroom and a modern family bathroom suite, with tub and shower.
