”This is an amazing place. It is very easy to access, the staff is amazing and the rooms are very modern. There are a lot of room in the lobby to relax and work. But there is no desk in the room, so it was a struggle to work on laptops. The soap dispensers are still not working. I raised this issue a few times now.”

”We had to walk down several corridors and up and down stairs to access our room — if you have mobility issues I would advise confirming what is required when assigned your room. Spa bath was pleasant, but spa services seemed overpriced and I had difficulty getting them to share the price list ahead of time. Tea service was fine, but not sure the value was there for the quality. Preferred to eat around town, but the canvas lounge was well-appointed. Not sure the value proposition would justify a...

”Front desk were helpful and friendly. We paid for a superior double. The room was really drab and had strange twin headboards mounted on the wall that didn’t sit over the bed. When we complained we were moved to a better room promptly. The hotel is def outdated and a bit rundown but the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The plug socket blew out and killed our phone charger. We probably wouldn’t stay again. ”
