”We were housed in a different property from the original booking. We enjoyed our stay at Innsbruck Summit Properties. You should advertise more of this condo property, its located on the hillside and view is amazing. My family and I will definitely come back here.”

”This was one of the most ideal stays we have encountered. From the opening communication to the moment we left, we could not have asked for a better experience. The unit is a studio but held everything we could need and want. The owners were wonderfully communicative and provided depth information. Above all, the unit is so wonderfully located, right next to the boardwalk and beach. I could only wish I could give everything more than 5 stars!”

”Found a spacious beautiful home. Did find the blender at the house broke due to the shaft being rounded out and exterior rear lights need cleaned and bulb changed. Also I'm my opinion 11 would be an easier check out time. We took 2 trash cans to the street as needed.”

”Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this location. I’ll start with the cons because there is really only one. Steps. In the pictures you may think you are entering on the ground floor. Oh buddy would you be wrong. The entrance is on the third floor. Which means steps. Soooooo many steps. Then when you get inside it is a split level floor plan so steps up to the living room and steps down to the bedrooms, bathrooms. The outdoor patio in the pictures is accessible but it is on the first floor...

”The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.”

”I come every year and Steve never looks any older! Great stay, super comfortable and convenient with 7/11, Walgreens and dining options steps away. I walked to the beach and never moved my car. Kitchenette is unequipped so bring, plates, cups, cutlery etc if you need them. I’ll be back!”

”Three nights, me and my hubby. Found the property easily. Clean. Decorated and comfortable. Disappointed that we didn’t have access to a working fireplace. Would have been nice on a cool windy evening but otherwise nice n warm. Loved the huge front deck wrapped myself in a quilt and read in the sunshine enjoying the peace and water view. ”
