”Not only was Jill incredibly helpful and responsive, the house and surrounding area was beautiful. I stayed with my family - two adults and three kids - and there was more than enough room for everyone. ”Excellent property for our trip with pets. We have tried staying in traditional hotel rooms but our dogs hear every little sound and they bark. I had not considered a cabin before. So glad it popped up as a suggestion on Expedia! I can highly recommend this campground and their cabins. The 2 bedroom cabin that we rented was perfect for my husband, me and our college student plus our dogs. The cabin was nicely furnished and very clean. (Please note that you do have to bring your own linens....

”The grounds of property are beautifully maintained and larger than expected. There was plenty of outdoor activities for the kids. ”I’ve been staying at the Kingsgate resort twice a year for the last four years. It was a nice surprise to get an updated room new carpet new furnishings. The best part is that they modified the restrooms where you have better water, pressure and hot water the resort in south is nice And staying in December and they had the resort decorated with Christmas lights around the outer barriers area. I would recommend this to any family wanting to stay.”

”This home is lovely, cozy and spacious. I loved all the thoughtful touches such as the home being decorated for Christmas as we were in Williamsburg for Christmas Town. Wow! Plenty of kids toys, books, play stations. Kitchen was well stocked even had a crockpot. Very clean. The porch is huge and enjoyed the scenery from the back porch while sipping coffee by the fire pit. A tray of delicious brownies awaited our arrival. Looking forward to a return stay”

”This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk...
