”Great place to stay. ”

”This hotel is super convenient if you're attending an event at Wells Fargo Arena or going anywhere in downtown Des Moines. Another perk is the free parking. The hotel itself is rather rundown and likely in need of some renovations. That being said, our room was comfortable and check in and check out were very quick. Our room was mostly clean - just underneath the chairs seemed like hadn't seen a vacuum for a time. I was a little surprised that the Sunday breakfast didn't go later than 9:30, and...

”The front desk guy at check-in wasn’t great, pretty rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. Will probably check out other properties next time.”

”Wasnt bad. When we got into our room there was no ftidge or microwave which shocked us. Went down and asked since we were staying for 2 days we for sure wanted those. The front desk guy did get us a different room. But he also was like did you make a mess in the first room. Told him no we were literally in there less than 5 minutes. He goes im going to check. Which I thought was rude but fine go ahead. Got in new room only 2 towels there were 4 of us staying but i was like ok whatever. Next...

”It was close to everything we were going to do but they need more variety on the breakfast. We were there 4 days and not everyone likes sausage. maybe bacon and a few choices of muffins.”

”Even though the hotel is a little older, I have always liked staying there. Price wise is good, whether for work conferences or personal business, I have always had a nice stay. Handicap parking is helpful and staff being able for assistance if needed. Doors and the area around the hotel are nicely lit. The parking lot is clean and if you sit outside there are chairs and there is not alot of trash or cigarette butts around.”
