Though, it could have been great if there was a microwave oven available inside the room so that we can warm up some snacks and also if a coffee maker was available too and if a small facial bar soap was provided just as the same as the usual hotel complimentary but in general it was good staying at Tru by Hilton hotel Norwalk”

”The property was clean, rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was fresh for breakfast. But if you’re going and planning to swim, I would look elsewhere. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom and the steps had algae growing on them.”

”The room was comfortable and clean. Pillows and bedding was soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffett was ok for the dry goods and prepackaged products. But the cooked food didn't look appetizing. The night time desk person was apologized for not being very friendly when we asked for the wifi password that was not written in our key folder. He was really busy?? ”My room was mostly clean (water rings on some of the furniture that were sticky), but overall satisfactory. It was quiet and comfortable. I liked the layout including a sitting area with a desk. The architecture was beautiful (Frank Lloyd Wright). It’s a bit dated, but not awful. Close to Mason City’s downtown which is so quaint and totally walkable. Lots of history and beautiful architecture. I highly recommend if you want to hang out for a day or two.”
