”Our stay was fine after some of the kinks re check-in were resolved. Our room was clean and serviceable. I think since last year the hotel is under new management. Thinks didn't seem quite up to par. However, we love the location in-town Newton. In easy walking distance to M&M bar and restaurant -- arrived for happy hour, great price on beers. If we go through Newton again, we'll probably give it another try.”

”Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! The hotel was completely booked due to State Trap Shooting taking place but the GM did all he could to make things right and was able to moved us to different rooms to accommodate our...

”Newer hotel, price was great for the stay, beds were clean! We booked a king room but when we got there because we booked thru Expedia they were out of that room but gave us a two queen room for same price. Friendly staff and great breakfast.”

I asked for 3 extra pillows for our group but apparently there was only one extra pillow available, It didnt appear to be a full hotel but I may have been wrong. We had a suite with both the bathroom door and the bedroom doors broken, laminate on both was split off the frame so very difficult to close and reopen. The breakfast area tables were set up more like a cafeteria with the tables all in long rows rather than more...

”No smoke detector in room just a hole in the ceiling where it is supposed be. One light out if 5 worked on bathroom vaniety. Waffles and syrup had a horrible taste, did not eat it. Would not recommend.”

”They advertised a hot tub hot tub was out of order torn up dilapidated no air conditioning in the pool area it was hot and humid unbearable to set and visit while out of the pool the rooms were playing the staff was very well informed on everything breakfast was well and parking was okay”
