”Everything’s pretty good except elevator didn’t work. Another guest came by and told us while we waited. She claimed she was stuck inside for 30 minutes. Staff didn’t put up signs on the door or let us know as we came in.”

”It was okay for the price. I did not expect a room FULL of mirrors though. Behind the bed: MIRROR from wall to wall, and bed to ceiling, no headrest, just MIRROR. And to make it worse across from the bed (you guessed it) another big mirror. So while in bed I felt like a victim in a horror movie, waiting to see something in the illusion of mirrors. Creepy. Maybe it was just me. Overall, everything was just okay for the price. ”

”The best feature here was their breakfast. The waffles, eggs and meats were hot and tasty. It would have been nice if they had staff to wipe off tables when people left or at least provided water and a towel to do so ourselves as paper napkins stuck to the sticky syrup that had been spilt on the tables. The hot tub was not usable due to some chemical imbalance. Our bathroom had dried flakes of mud on the floor. We wiped them up with tissues but it left us wondering what was on the carpet that...

”It was a good stay for just one night. Safe location & comfortable beds. Parking was good. Breakfast was probably the only negative , but I was not staying there for the breakfast. Everything else meet my expectations for the hotel. ”

”This hotel was perfect for 2 of us that came to town for an event at UNI (3 minute drive/20 minute walk for reference). The price was right, the exterior is nice & well kept, and the interior was consistent with that. Overall very clean, pleasant staff including the housekeepers we met in the elevator. Another review mentioned noise from the highway, but we did not find this to be a problem. (We were on the highway side too). Water pressure in the shower is great, there were plenty of towels...

”Front desk employees were very courteous. Rooms were nice, carpet is very out dated and shower was very yellow, but clean so. But I was on first floor people above me were going until 1:40 at night, after 3 hours of loud banding and what sounding like them dropping stuff I had had enough, called front desk and noises stop immediately! Over all I would definitely stay again. ”

”This was my third time staying here, and it continues to be a great experience every time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the dining area was always clean and stocked. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even better. It’s always a reliable, comfortable place to stay, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!”
