”That has been one the best that we have stayed in Grinnell. We are usually there for the MidWest Conference. We have stayed at others that show sign that they are not cared for but they the open them at conferences times. ”

”The hotel offered great value for the price, but there’s room to improve its overall appeal: the beds were old and uncomfortable, which affected sleep. The lobby was small though kept clean; the breakfast was modest in size but clean, leaving guests with a straightforward start to the day. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the overall first impression and highlights a need for improved odor control and ventilation throughout the property.”

”Loved the hotel. Super pizza walking distance from the hotel. Excellent breakfast. If you are traveling on I 35 North take Hwy 9 to Manly. It gets you there quicker than using GPS.”

”Nice hotel. Room was larger than most hotel rooms. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Area was clean, had nice pool towels. Breakfast was pretty good. Not the greatest but served purpose while traveling. Had microwaved sausage links and scrambled “eggs”. There is no elevator so if you are old and tired like us be sure to get first floor room. Walmart is next door so that is convenient. KFC, Taco Bell and Arby’s in parking lot. ”
