”Love the stay”

”My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little.”

”The location was 4 miles west of where the Expedia map pin showed, the address listed was correct however. The long entry road is hidden behind a gas station and there is no signage so I went past it. Everything else was perfect. Looks like a brand new hotel and staff was great. Bed, tv, ice machine, chairs, bathroom fixtures, etc all look brand new and spotless. I overslept the 6am-9am breakfast as the bed was so comfortable.”

”No elevator??? I’m 65 and had to carry 10 days of supplies up the stairs- not a fan. Won’t do it again!”

”The only that I liked about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable. The rooms had that damp moldy smell to them. The pictures were misleading from the website. They need to update the rooms. The bathroom had dirty tile and there was someone’s fingernail still in the floor. I won’t stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to any friends. The staff were great and friendly tho.”

”Pluses:The hotel was clean, staff pleasant and helpful. These are more important to me than the minuses-hence my excellent review. Minuses:pool was over chlorinated and we were not able to use it as well as many others. Breakfast was free for kids but adults had to pay but it wasn’t worth it. The staff was flying solo and didn’t have time to restock things so quite a few things were empty. Front desk staff was understaffed. One person at the desk to check in, answer questions, get...

”The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock...

”Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”

”loved the size of the room, refrigerator and microwave. It was clean and great location to restaurants and shops. The pool was great for the ball team to enjoy. Only complaint was that there was a ball team with older boys that were doing cannonballs into the pool and up on each other's shoulders and really rowdy.
