”I've stayed at a lot of hotels of this chain and unfortunately this location was not up to par. I was in town for my daughter's high school competition and we spent all day (8+ hrs) at the high school and called ahead to make sure our room was ready by the time we'd be there and they said yes. We arrived an hr after check in only to be told we would have to wait another hr or so. I had exhausted kids ready to crash and the front desk receptionist could not give me a time frame. ”Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”
