”The hotel was updated and clean, but our water actually shut off in the middle of taking a shower. When the front desk was contacted, they claimed it was because everyone was showering at once and to be patient. Just to clarify, the water pressure wasn’t poor. There was literally no water coming out of the shower head.”

”Beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated with tile floors. AC worked fine. Ceiling tile was damaged by water in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Took forever to check in even though I had paid online and the breakfast was dismal.”

”Wife and I booked a room for one night. We were very disappointed with our stay. We mainly picked this property because of recent reviews and was one of very few hotels that had a hot tub. The pool is very tiny and every noise a young kid makes echos all throughout the pool area. The pool is in a desperate need of a cleaning. It is disgusting looking how dirty the sides and floor is.
