”Mercedes checked me in. She was AMAZING, very friendly and answered questions, explained where the room was, breakfast, WIFI. Room was very clean and I felt completely safe there. Parking was no hassle and it was very close to the ISU event center I needed to be at. Will definitely stay there again”

”No sympathy from staff or Expedia when a death in family forced my trip forward one day. They refused to use one of their open rooms ONE night earlier to accommodate my stay and we had to get another hotel in another town because of it. Our room went un used and Expedia collected their commission and so did the hotel with ZERO compassion to the human side of business. I would NOT recomend this hotel OR Expedia for your hotel needs.”

The night time desk person was apologized for not being very friendly when we asked for the wifi password that was not written in our key folder. He was really busy?? ”We like the view from our window of the water and green space. The large room was comfortable enough with clean (scratchy) sheets and soft pillows. The refrigerator and room stayed cold. Our room was smoke free but the halls, entry and casino reeked of cigarette smoke. The clean bathroom was ample size and the towels were clean. Watch the shower floor as it gets slippery. A stranger tried to open our door after we were in bed but I think he was just lost and we did not feel threatened. ...
