”We had a wonderful week in NY, and the apartment definitely contributed to that. The location is perfect. It has great potential but could use a bit more care. Ideally, it's best for a maximum of 3 people to stay, not 4. But thank you anyway.”

”The unit was as advertised. It was comfortable, in a nice neighborhood and was close to the subway. We had a great time. ”

”Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.”

”The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

”Great house very close to everything beach, town and right on the water (bay)”

”We came here with a group of friends for new years. It accommodated us all with so many rooms. The kitchen was good and there were many sitting areas to hang out. I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again one day.”

”The house was simply a stunner! We are not keen on being in the middle of the action, so being away from the boardwalk was absolutely perfect! Nice and quiet, with ample areas to walk and ride bikes! The porch was a blast and bonus especially for morning coffee and card games! Immaculately furnished inside- the property was a dream. Close to the beach so you dont have to drive and with a cart and chairs there to use, it helped with packing! One things for aure, we will be coming back!”

”Clean tidy close to two subway lines nice restaurants and bodegas nearby. Only one comment a kettle for tea lovers would be greatly appreciated ”
