”This is a very cosy and elegant hotel in the best possible location within DC. The staff is responsive and polite, however the rooms are not properly maintained, and often something malfunctions. This has happened to me almost every time I stayed here, and I would like to alert the management of a problem they have. Someone is not doing their job. ”

”Why stay anywhere else? Honestly! Huge rooms, comfy bed and pillows and really quiet (I was on the 5th floor). Good location if you don’t mind walking a bit and secure luggage storage if you need to check out earlier than your flight! ”

"Huone oli siivottu vähän huonosti. Sängyn alta löytyi jonkun käytetty kasvomaski, kertakäyttö lusikka ja hammasväliharja sekä pölyä. Hyvä pieni huone keskeisellä paikalla. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet kävellen, metrolla ja bussilla. Alakerrassa hyvä aamiaispaikka sekä ravintola. Ulkoa tuleva melu on ajottain kovaa. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta."

"Excelent location, friendly staff. The room was spacious enough and cleaned every other day. Breakfast was ok, we would like to have some vegetables as well, but otherwise it was very good. Sometimes the elevators were a bit busy, but it didn’t bother us too much. "

Good location but rooms need updating

"We stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location is great! The room was quite spacious but worn. Airconditionong was very loud and did not seem to be heating at all. You could hear the noise from the street very clearly so we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The staff seemed frustrated in general and did not even wish us a good day when we left or ask how our stay was. We ender up changing hotels for our remaining 3 nights and it was definitely worth it."

"Hotelli oli toki arvostettu jo etukäteen kahdella tähdellä mutta kyllä huone olisi tarvinnut todella päivityksen, kylpyhuoneessa ainakin siellä peili rikki ja kylpyamme todella surkeassa kunnossa."
