”The hotel staff, from check-in to the beach, were always kind and helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels. ”This is review is for the Ocean suites side. There are 2 properties, one in which you can walk to the other or take the free 5 min shuttle. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to take the 8 minutes water shuttle (operated by Renaissance) to go the the Flamingo island! This island is a must! I would not recommend swimming in the lagoon in front of the Ocean suite hotel, by pool area. The water is still, there and seaweed, etc has a funky odor. Other than this, all was enjoyable,...

”Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though.
