”Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. ”So beautiful and so many fun things to do! Years ago I stayed next door and was disappointed. I thought the trip was going to be a bust but then my colleagues invited me to join them for a short walk over to the next hotel which turned out to be Baha Mar. It was amazing! This was my first opportunity since then to actually stay at the hotel. It did not disappoint! It was exactly whet we needed and we booked our next stay while we were still there. Can't wait to go back.”
