”The Glenburn Hotel has outstanding views from the hotel restaurant / lobby area, so I enjoyed it as much as I could since my room looked on to the roof, blocking the view. A little misguided from the outstanding photos on Expedia. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming and I really enjoyed my walks in the lovely area of Rothesay. This coastal town allows you to feel disconnected, without having to be too far from the mainland. I would definitely suggest taking a taxi from the ferry...

”This apartment was ideal for our 3 night stay while we walked the West Island Way. Comfortable, bright and cosy, with everything we needed for our stay. Fabulous view over Rothesay, the ferry terminal and beyond. Definitely worth the short steep walk up the hill to get there. Would happily return. ”
