”The rooms are large and nicely decorated. They are quiet and comfortable. Two small issues - the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well and the desk chair looked like it had been dragged across a rough surface. The upholstery was torn away at the edges. Every thing was very clean.”

”Ive been booking there for years when in town. Mrs Morales, & the rest of the staff are like family. 👍 They take great care of me & my concerns. I hope all of them @ the front desk will receive a well deserved promotion. Without great customer service an hotel cannot survive successfully! They do just that & beyond!”

”I enjoyed my stay at the St. Charles, located next to a park right in town. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and attractive. The room amenities were just fine as well. Parking is right by the hotel. The man at the reception desk was always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast outlay could use more attention because on one morning in particular there seemed to be no one around to replenish it. Otherwise, the selection was adequate (oh, yes, how 'bout some bagels and orange juice in addition...
