Chalet't – New York

"Upeat näkymät Times squarelle (kulmahuone, 32. krs ). Mukavat, tukevat sängyt, vähän kapeat 4 hengelle ( 2 aikuista, 2 teiniä ). Yllättävän hiljaista öisin .Puhdasta, vaikka pinnat aika kuluneita ja uusimisen tarpeessa, erityisesti suihku josta vettä tuli liruttaen ja välillä vain haaleaa. Yhtenä iltana oli myös vesikatko josta ei ollut ilmoitettu. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja muutenkin todella toimivaa. Kaikki järjestyi heti. "

"Elevator capacity is horrible. Every day a major wait. Luggage storage too. Had to wait nearly 30 min to store luggage at departure. Great bar staff! Wish they would open earlier."

"We stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location is great! The room was quite spacious but worn. Airconditionong was very loud and did not seem to be heating at all. You could hear the noise from the street very clearly so we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The staff seemed frustrated in general and did not even wish us a good day when we left or ask how our stay was. We ender up changing hotels for our remaining 3 nights and it was definitely worth it."

"The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for food. Places in the Financial District are within walking distance. The hotel is nice and comfortable. I sometimes needed to wait for an elevator for a while (there are three), but never for too long. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in terms of noise. The room and bed were comfortable as well. The room was very quiet. There is no fridge in the room, which I really would have liked to have. The air-conditioning worked fine, however, it was very loud, and once on it blowed very hard towards the bed. I believe I developed a cough due to the AC (which I also couldn't turn off or the room would've become unbearably hot). The TV can be connected to streaming services, though it locks you out every time you turn off the TV, after which you have to turn the TV on AND then restart it once more before you can log back in. I understand this is to keep my crefentials safe, but it's also annoying. The TV also turned off automatically after a certain number of hours, and then you had to play the log in game again. I noticed a bit of black mold in the bathroom. The shiwer dried quite slowly, which probably helps the mold to grow. Maybe the walls also aren't washed (and dried) properly. I would stay here again despite these few negative things. "

"Hotelli oli toki arvostettu jo etukäteen kahdella tähdellä mutta kyllä huone olisi tarvinnut todella päivityksen, kylpyhuoneessa ainakin siellä peili rikki ja kylpyamme todella surkeassa kunnossa."

"Olimme 5 yötä ja viihdyimme todella hyvin! Mukava ja helposti lähestyttävä henkilökunta, sekä kiva baari josta sai happy hour aikaan hyvään hintaan ruokaa sekä juomia! Voisin tulla uudestaan, mutta ehkä ensi kerralla valitsisimme Arlo Sohon koska pidimme kyseisestä alueesta huomattavasti enemmän. :)"

"The room was nice and comfortable, especially the bed. The carpet had some dustier parts by the walls, which wasn't too nice to notice. There were plenty of elevators and I didn't have to wait for them for a long time ever. The location is convenient for arriving/ departing by public transportation."
