”We came arrived at night and there was 1 person checking in and a long line. There was 1 greeter and 5 concierge employees doing nothing but no cross training to help with checking in, very inefficient and frustrating when you're tired and want to go to your room. The next day I needed my key reset and again a couple of people at the front desk a long line and , the greeter and 4 concierge doing nothing.”

”We loved the hot tub and heated pool. Views are amazing and location was perfect for us. Villa was perfect and laundry ability was super helpful given all the hiking we did. Would have loved a rollaway bed though for another member of our party. While fine for us, it’s not very accessible given all the stairs you need to climb to get to villas. We managed, but it was cumbersometo get all of our luggage up and down flights of stairs.”

”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning.
