”This is a lovely resort but it’s tired and it has been very trafficked the rooms need an upgrade or even a paint furniture is groty and needs replacing and everything felt low exspecially the bathroom and toilet and couch was really low and uncomfortable the bedroom mattress needs to be replaced Customer service from staff was fantastic exspecially in the morning for breakfast the manager was lovely and onto every need you needed however the Day spa manager needs some customer service training...

”Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my stay I washed some clothes and they were damaged because the clotheshorse in the balcony was rusted. The hotel agreed to compensate the clothes after the housekeeping was unable to remove the stains....

”A wonderful hotel. The pool is incredible. Our room looked out over it ( as did our spa). The bar was great and the food delicious. It’s a limited menu but theres enough variety, it’s close to restaurants so easy to walk if you wanted to do that. We’ll be back. ”
