”Arrived prior to check in time , we knew room would’ve ready which wasn’t a problem. Able to leave luggage behind reception. Parking was payable when leaving your car, just scan the QR code at the machine. Able to sit in the bar and watch the comings and goings at Chester Rail station which is directly opposite the hotel. The bus stop for local buses & the hop on hop off bus tour of Chester is out of the hotel and to the left, literally a minute walk. Once checked in (our room was 1705) which...

”Hotellissa on erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Siellä on viihtyisät huoneet. Ainoa miinus tulee kokolattiamatosta, joka hieman aiheuttaa huoneessa tunkkaisuutta, mutta senkin kanssa pärjäsimme hyvin. Lisäksi hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja sieltä oli mukavaa piipahtaa ostoksille, koska ostokset oli helppo kiikuttaa välillä hotellille. Hotellilta on kävelymatka rautatieasemalle, joten junillekkin oli helppo menneä. Suosittelen ilolla muillekkin tätä hotellia.”

”We had a family room which was very spacious. The bar and restaurant area were quite dated but comfortable enough. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly. The lighting in the rooms wasn’t great (a few not working). Disappointed we couldn’t use the swimming facilities on the first day as they were to busy. I think they should state this when you book. Overall very happy and would stay here again. Value for money ”

”Stayed in a twin room with sea view. Most desirable location where you can watch and listen to the ocean even lying in bed. Food and the drinks were excellent, staff are professional,warm, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Windows are openable for fresh air. Will try the beauty treatment next time, car park is big and next to the hotel. Promenade just outsider the door. Only wish if the bathroom and the room were bigger but it is a former “Grand hotel” I think so structure of the bedroom is...
