”Just what we needed for a stop on the way to Cornwall. Easy check in and out, the room had everything we needed and the bathroom was more than adequate. But…please please replace the mattress in room14, the springs protruded and it had lost its cushioning, leading to an uncomfortable night. Such a shame when everything else was good. ”

”The Pines Hotel is in a great location with amazing sea views. It has a staff that at all times in every area we used gave fantastic service. The quality of the food served at Breakfast and in the Pines Restaurant in the evening, was of a very high standard. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful sea view picture window. The only little niggles for us was the self service coffee at breakfast which could be improved by having a machine that served coffee by the mug....

”Lovely location with Fantastic sea views The receptionist Zoe was very helpful and was attentive to my needs to accommodate. The room needed plug sockets next to the bed or phone charging facilities usc usb etc The bathroom was in need of an update. I would highly recommend a stay here Breakfast was brilliant with views If it’s not a rainy day!! Enjoy ”

”We had a wonderful 3 nights, in a comfortable room, with excellent food and a stunning view of the harbour from the dining terrace and our bedroom. A very friendly welcome from reception staff, including a courtesy call the day before. Most of the dining staff, were helpful and efficient. We would definitely return again. We had a lovely time in beautiful Sandbanks and the hotel was in a great location for a walk to the beach. ”
