”Booked from this 5 star hotel a junior suite with a pool view, was given junior suite which didnt had thw pool view. Complained about the situation was offered after 1 night to another junior suite without any refund from the 1st night. Was very bad mothers day gift for my wife and got everyone to bad mood. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. After complaining about this to Hotels.com we were given compensation and all were happy.”

There are no options for dining near this property hence ideally have a car as it would be time consuming waiting for and locating any public transport options. I highly this property if you are looking for a quiet clean hotel. Location is average but only if you have a car.”

”Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Kercem. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. die Bushaltestelle liegt in 2min Gehweg entfernt und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker 5min entfernt.Das Haus ist sehr alt mit viel Charme, falls man allerdings Comfort möchte sollte man etwas anderes buchen. Jetzt im Winter ist es abends etwas kühl dort, aber es gibt eine Feuerstelle die wir benutzen durften. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich...

”Great stay at Paradise Gardens. The guest house is pretty and very happily situated with amazing views from the balcony. Quiet area but with shops and restaurants within walking distance, right next to a bus stop. Great location if you like walks and hiking in nature. We have met Amanda the manager and she was friendly, helpful and very welcoming.”
