”Booked from this 5 star hotel a junior suite with a pool view, was given junior suite which didnt had thw pool view. Complained about the situation was offered after 1 night to another junior suite without any refund from the 1st night. Was very bad mothers day gift for my wife and got everyone to bad mood. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. After complaining about this to Hotels.com we were given compensation and all were happy.”

”Great getaway in Gozo. Walking distance from the Ta Cenc cliffs which are a must see and views of Comino and Malta. Beautiful walks from this hotel and even the amazing Mgarr ix-Xini. The hotel itself is a haven, great spa with indoor outdoor pool. 2 other outdoor pools. restaurants, bars cool rooms. I would recommend.”

”A wonderful week's stay in this delightful hotel whilst visiting family in a nearby village. Appreciated the spacious room with large bathroom including a walk in shower. The room was reached by lift or stairs and was serviced daily by the delightful team members who were friendly and very efficient. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was plenty of space in wardrobe and drawers for clothing. A cooked or continental breakfast was served by a wonderfully, friendly and smiley lady...
