”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? ”Excellent stay! Only minus that made us feel less appreciated was that we were suddenly during our stay not able to put things to the room bill anymore even though it worked at the beginning. It seemed that the hotel had some doubts on our ability to pay the bill (which felt insulting!) even though they never approached us about any issue, and we paid the full bill as normal. ”

”The staff is very accommodating, the rooms are lovely and I was given a late check out with no extra charge. The elevator isn't safe (we know first hand) and Communication with reservations to resolve issues beforehand is impossible. Having said that I would stay here again but only send my luggage in the elevator. ”

”My friend and I have done quite a bit of traveling through out the world and this stay was top choice in Cairo. Overall nice hotel,smoking&traffic disturbed a bit

"Executive level room and lounge were perfect. Small gym. In the lobby and on some floors people smoke, so the smell in the hotel is not so great.. But I guess it's typical for Egypt... Nice location by the Nile, yet not possible to walk directly along the river."
