”Great hotel for the price. Rooms are big and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linen & pillows were clean and fresh. The room was cleaned everyday by housekeeping lady. Great location walking distance to the Marina , beach and shopping. Kaymu restaurant had a great ambience and a good spread for breakfast. Wind blew in your face walking the corridor to your room and one could see the city lights from the corridors. I highly recommend this hotel.”

”Everyone was absolutely amazing. Our room 6th floor, had a great view facing East over the bay. Great location! Lots of stuff around and easy walk to the marina and town. The hotel isn't "on" the beach, but basically is on the beach and has full beach service. The Saltwater Spa, although could use a bit of a facelift, was great. My therapy session was about theoat relaxed I have been on 20 years. Slightly disappointed in the warmth of the shower off and on. Sometimes super hot, sometimes barely...

”The location is awesome, right in the harbor, lots of night life, food and easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub were great, clean and plenty of seating. However the staff was extremely pushy with the intent to sale a offsite property. Felt uncomfortable when we declined. We did give them $40 to hold a reservation just to get them to leave us alone, and took the phone off the hook in the room, to stop all the calls. We felt like criminals having to sneak past staff just so they wouldn't trap...

”It is a wonderful location and beautiful resort. The only negatives are the small pools and inability to reserve chairs for the day. The people are amazing and the resort is top shelf. We would come back again but we would hire a local to reserve chairs for us during the day.”

”This was our second time at this property and it's one of our favorites. Make sure to get the All-Inclusive as there are many options as there are 2 sister properties with a trolly between them that share the restaurants. The food is great, only a couple require reservations, and relaxed dress codes. (I hate dress codes on vacation - or any time for that matter!) The service is also top notch! Highly recommend!”
